As a Chartered Accountant, Master Coach and Hypnotherapist, Zuleka offers a rare and powerful combination of deep psychological tools and top-tier corporate acumen.
This combination allows her to understand both the internal patterns that shape a person’s life and the complex realities of leadership, business and professional growth.
Before stepping fully into her coaching practice, Zuleka spent 20 years in the audit and assurance profession. For 12 of those years, she served as a Partner and Africa Audit Quality Leader at a Big Four firm.
Her work included directing strategy, navigating complex governance environments and leading within a demanding international corporate ecosystem. This gave her first-hand insight into the pressures, organisational politics and personal challenges experienced by modern professionals and senior leaders.
Today, Zuleka bridges the gap between high-level governance and personal evolution. Alongside her coaching practice, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for large and JSE-listed organisations. Her combination of executive experience and behavioural expertise enables her to support clients with leadership development, career advancement, business growth and personal transformation.
